For the automotive world the IAA or Frankfurt International Motor Show is one of the most important events: an occasion for discoveries and encounters, both for those who work in the sector and for motor enthusiasts.,
The 2019 edition, from September 12 to 22, made sustainable mobility its centerpiece. Every exhibitor set out his solutions for the vehicle of the future: some hybrid some hydrogen, some electric, they have all used their technologies to offer the public a new way of motoring.
It was also the occasion to discuss current and future scenarios for mobility, covering all aspects from the design of the autos and analysis of the market to autonomous vehicles and the human factor in terms of tomorrow’s typical driver.
800 exhibitors participated from 30 countries, and we were among them.
Together with EDAG, Siemens and Cloos we presented the new concept battery case in steel the SCALEbat, a modular and scalable housing developed in concert by the four partners.
A scenario, that of the Motor Show, in which, compared to previous editions, there was a different approach as all participants seek to provide solutions which deliver on the green commitment which all sectors are now making.
For us it was a chance to receive confirmation of the direction taken with SCALEbat: mobilize our own resources and, working with our customers, create the motor vehicles of tomorrow.
