The profiling process

Profiling is a process of cold shaping of the material and is applicable to both steel and aluminum. It starts with the coil of raw material which is distorted as it passes between a series of rollers until the geometries, which can be very complex, are obtained.

The material is worked in a “soft” mode, preserving the structural properties, and successfully obtaining very fine geometric tolerances.

This process makes it possible to obtain modular products, minimizing the amount of material employed, and all this with the possibility of working simultaneously materials of differing types, in terms both of mechanical properties and of thicknesses.
