This is a cold process which impresses permanent forms in the material: the process starts with a flat sheet of laminated metal (steel or aluminum) and the material undergoes shaping and molding until the desired geometry is obtained, taking it beyond the point of its elastic resistance without reaching its breaking point.
With pressing the finished components can be made extremely rapidly with optimal surface shape and finish, even improving the mechanical properties.
The components produced are used to build the complex products requested by the customer.
